    3. Maintain your own motivation regardless of your company’s engagement strategy – or lack of one.
    4. Construct a plan to incorporate low cost and no cost onboarding strategies, recognition and celebration into the workplace to keep morale high, employees motivated, and improve the overall customer experience.

    Donna Cutting, CSP, is the author of "The Celebrity Experience: Insider Secrets to Delivering Red-Carpet Customer Service." She works with organizations to help them ENGAGE their employees in envisioning, creating, and consistently implementing extraordinary service experiences.
