Biography

Jim MacQueen has practiced OD on five continents in more than a dozen countries. Over the past 25 years, he has worked with Fortune 500 corporations (HP, Visa, Caterpillar, Adobe, etc.), government agencies, universities, nonprofits and small businesses as both an external and internal consultant. Internally, he’s worked for NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory and currently serves on the AP faculty at Virginia Tech.

An acknowledged thought leader he has presented at universities including Oxford University, University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Chicago University and at professional association national conferences around the United States and Canada.

Jim did undergraduate study at the Drama Division of the Juilliard School and at the University of Washington where he also did graduate work. In 2005, he was honored by the Bay Area Organization Development Network in San Francisco as a Master Practitioner.
