    Loyalty and Trust the Backbone of Onboarding



    Participants will be ask to actively participate in capturing their experiences with onboarding.  Then use those experience to apply them to how they might look different if applied to Loyalty and trust as part of the onboarding process.



    Disengagement is the reason for low productivity, high turnover, and low morale.  Participants will be ask to define what disengagement looks like and how it might look differently if loyalty and trust were higher.



    It is proven that an individual performs at a higher level when there is loyalty.  We will discuss the power of loyalty and making it the key to higher productivity.


    Chris is an Organizational Effectiveness and Development Consultant with Wells Fargo.  In his role, Chris is responsible for providing consulting and coaching to senior leadership around strategic human capital initiatives.  He holds a Master’s Degree in Business and is a Certified Executive Coach, as well as being certified in DiSC, Sig Sigma, Firo-B, Lean Thinking, and many other OED Tools.


    With a strong belief that any success in business starts with relationships, Chris has focused his career on developing concrete methods to engage people and reach goals.  The focus of his time with us will be on Best Practices in Onboarding - A shift in what we think is important!
