How the Greater Roanoke Workforce Development Board Can Help Your Business

The Greater Roanoke Workforce Development Board is considered the convener of all organizations in our region with regard to workforce development activities.  We are a federally-mandated organization with grant funds to assist businesses in our region with talent recruitment and training to meet their needs.  In doing so, we also work with job seekers to match those business needs.  Toni McLawhorn will share about the operations of the Workforce Board, to educate SHRM members about the services available and how to initiate working together with us.
