Every organization faces a unique set of challenges to keep diversity and inclusion relevant. During this highly interactive session, participants will learn and discuss the latest workforce diversity-related trends, diversity best practices, and understand how inclusive work environments contribute to profitability

Kelly has been the program lead on several projects where she successfully completed a variety of tasks, including: research and needs assessment, and design and delivery of training programs and presentations on workplace diversity issues. A partial list includes: Macmillan McGraw-Hill, City of Alexandria, VA, U.S. Patent & Trademark National Headquarters, Children’s National Medical Center, American Bar Association, American Legal Association, Chesapeake Human Resources Association, Legal Marketing Association, Conference of Minority Public Administrators, National Cathedral, International Broadcasting Bureau, Maryland State Highway Administration, The National Credit Union Administration, and the Federal Reserve Board.
