Jason epitomizes his own advice - having grown through the organization of Trane from the District Manager for the company’s Virginia district to Vice President of Customer Strategy to his current position as Vice President of Trane North America responsible for the $1.2 Billion Central Territory.
Under his leadership and guidance, Trane has created a winning culture globally, nationally and regionally, which has led to EXCEEDING business expectations EVERY year of his 22-year career. Through his efforts, Trane and Virginia district have received multiple regional and national awards and distinctions.
Despite his demanding schedule, he has served the Roanoke community on many boards and organizations, including the Roanoke City School Board, Mill Mountain Theatre, Roanoke Valley Business Council, Virginia Western Educational Foundation, and has chaired the MS Dinner of Champions.
