Speaker's Bio:
Neely R. Conner is a consultant, counselor, coach, and practice manager of Carilion Employee Assistance Program. A graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, she is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Employee Assistance Professional and Associate Certified Coach. Neely believes in partnering with employees and leaders to effectively bring desired outcomes. Compassionate support of people in the workplace is a driving value that takes form across counseling, management consultation, education and training, and leadership and executive coaching. Creativity with resources and approaches also lends to effective and efficient results. Neely resides in Roanoke with her family including her husband, Jeff, her daughter, Evie, and her 4 year old golden doodle Ellie.
Brandie Fraction is a Licensed Professional Counselor. Brandie is a graduate of Radford University with a M.S. Counseling Psychology. She has over 10 years of experience in the counseling field. Brandie values a person centered approach in her work with clients and honors being a part of a person’s journey to wellness. As a consultant Brandie provides responsive, compassionate, and respectful services to organizations. Brandie is an Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Trainer for LivingWorks. Special interests include suicide prevention, mindfulness, addiction, grief and loss, women’s mental health and wellness.

Monthly Meetings are generally held the fourth Tuesday of the month. We have both breakfast and lunch meetings during the year. Please click on the specific meeting you are interested in for meeting times and location.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Registration for Monthly Meetings will close at noon the day before the meeting. Due to the costs involved with securing adequate meeting space and meals, refunds will not be granted if cancellation is not received at least 24 hours in advance. Send all cancellation notices via e-mail to rkevalshrm@gmail.com. Substitutions are allowed, however the non-member rate may apply. If we do not receive a cancellation notice more than 24 hours before the event, you will be required to pay for the event, even if you are unable to attend.
Members and guests who are unable to register in advance are invited to attend as a walk in and pay onsite. We usually have a few extra seats to accommodate onsite registrations, but seating is not guaranteed and preregistration is encouraged.
