The Be-Know-Do of Leadership; Tested, Proven, Essential

    Abstract

Some people are born into a circumstance ripe for forming a leader, but they are not born-leaders.Some people are born with qualities that contribute favorably toward creating a leader, but they are not born leaders.  One becomes a leader by learning right practices, applying principles, and developing skills that provoke and compel a response from others to join you in embracing a common goal.

Purpose, trust, a believable end state, inspiration, consistency, vulnerable integrity, bone deep caring are some of the qualities ingrained in the effective leader. Come away from this session revived and committed to truly lead...."Be-Know-Do".
