While You Were Quarantining ...Workplace Changes and Developments for 2021

While we were all working from home and focusing on the COVID-19 pandemic, the laws of the workplace changed dramatically in Virginia. Not only were our lives and workplaces turned upside down by COVID-19, but we had a divisive Presidential election and a slew of new employment laws passed in Virginia by the General Assembly. For a lot of employers, it has been difficult to keep pace with all of the changes because of the demands the pandemic has put on HR staff. During this session, we will look at workplace changes and developments—including a peek into our crystal ball now that the Biden administration has taken office—that employers need to be ready for in 2021 and explore some ways to address them.

Pre-approved for (1) SHRM and (1) HRCI recertification credits!

    Please Note:
