(1 general recertification credit for both HRCI and SHRM)

The Generational Advantage: How generational insights can help your HR team succeed today, and into the future.

By 2030, the workplace – and the people who lead within it – will look very different. As you face the implications of the massive generational shift that’s taking place, the time to prepare is now. In this forward-thinking session, national speaker and author Jessica Stollings-Holder empowers you with a generational lens to evaluate how you can engage each and all generations today and adapt to build enduring success.

    Learning outcomes:

    • Why generations are an important cultural competency.
    • How to attract, recruit and retain each generation.
    • How to benefit from generational diversity.
    • How to share knowledge across generations to ensure individual and organizational legacy.

    “Memory lane” Class Activity

In this interactive keynote, we will go on a journey through the past to understand how to improve outcomes today and into the future. To bring the experience alive, please bring a tangible item or picture of a personal artifact from your childhood- maybe your favorite toy, ad/jingle or technology device- and a written paragraph of why it’s special to you. We will share these items in our session and have fun taking a collective walk down memory lane!
