    Woods Rogers

    pbolling@woodsrogers.com

Patrick Bolling solves workforce issues in collaboration with human resource professionals and other company leaders.

As part of the firm’s Labor & Employment team, he helps his clients make day-to-day employment decisions, design and implement fair and effective employment policies, contracts and handbooks, conduct workplace investigations, and prevent disputes from becoming litigation. Patrick’s additional experience in transactional business matters allows him to offer depth and context to decision-makers beyond the employment setting. His insights have been published in Virginia Bar Association’s Young Lawyer’s Division’s Opening Statement, Lynchburg Business magazine, and in other forums such as Lynchburg’s SHRM chapter and Woods Rogers’ legal blog. He regularly teaches at Woods Rogers’ popular Labor & Employment Seminar series, for leaders in Lynchburg’s start-up community at Lynchburg Economic Development Authority’s “CO.STARTERS,” and for industry groups like the International Public Management Association for Human Resources. He also has been a moot court judge at W&L’s School of Law.
