    For all members who attend the March chapter meeting, upon your request, your name will be put into a drawing to win registration to the 2023 HR Virginia Annual Conference. https://www.hrvirginia.org/events/2023-hr-virginia-annual-conference/ Registration cost is $625 for the full conference. The RVSHRM Chapter will pay registration fees for up to two members who wish to attend. Other expenses, including hotel, will be at your own cost.

    Twenty-seven-year veteran of the United States Air Force responsible for leading human resource, change management and transformation teams. Built a career of "firsts": 1 of 10 women assigned to a combat engineering unit, first female Air Force ROTC ushering in the first class with women at the Virginia Military Institute and 1 of 5 Air Force Reserve Officers integrating active-duty staffs at the Pentagon championing policy changes to ensure the right person in the right seat regardless of military component. 

    People are an organization’s greatest resource and they deserve to be trained and developed to achieve their full potential, not only for the benefit of the organization, but their community and most importantly, their self. 

    As an Executive Director with The John Maxwell Team, she is a values based, people centric, servant leader who facilitates communication and leadership development opportunities for individuals and organizations to challenge fears, take risks and achieve dreams.
