PUMP Act: Extended Protections for Nursing Mothers at Work

    Greetings,

For more than a decade, the Fair Labor Standards Act has given many nursing mothers the space and break time needed to pump milk at work. The PUMP for Nursing Mothers Act, enacted in December 2022, extends these rights to millions more workers.

You are invited to a free webinar that will equip advocates with resources and tools to assist employees who wish to continue breastfeeding after returning to work and to help employers understand their responsibilities under the law.
