    Mental Health in the Workplace

    Virtual Session

    Wednesday, April 10th at 2:00pm

Psst. Want to hear a secret? Mentally Healthy Humans = Financially Healthy Companies. It's true.

That's not just wishful thinking either. This is supported by a wealth of data. It shouldn't be surprising as mental health impacts every aspect of our life. Yet, we often overlook our mental health when we're trying to improve our performance and productivity. It's time to change that perspective. Join Mark as he reveals the secrets to leveraging a healthy mindset for peak performance as well as shares other ideas to create a mentally healthy workplace.

    Learning Objectives:

    1. Strategies for organizational change
    2. Ways to shift to wellness-based messaging
    3. Techniques to manage their own self-care
    4. Increased comfort discussing wellbeing

There is no cost for the session, however, you do need to register for it here:
