Join Woods Rogers employment attorneys Mike Gardner and Raven Burks as they show how employers can legally and ethically do both.

Michael Gardner, Principal
Mike focuses his practice almost exclusively on labor and employment issues and has represented clients large and small, public and private, in state and federal courts. Mike helps employers handle all aspects of employment claims, including internal management, agency proceedings, and litigation, trial, and appeal.
Raven Burks, Associate
Raven advises employers on compliance with FLSA, FMLA, ADA, and other federal and state regulations. As a recent addition to the Woods Rogers Chambers-ranked Labor & Employment and Litigation practice groups, she helps employers build better workplaces and navigate through day-to-day issues.
