All companies strive for employee engagement, performance, and retention. This workshop offers practice with an alternative to traditional performance appraisals that manager often hate to give, and employees hate to get.
Set clear expectations to common performance terminology such as "team player" or "good attitude", helping employees better understand what exceeds, meets, or is unacceptable performance behavior in their job.
Clean and objective expectations help recruit and onboard new talent, develop raw talent in current employees and retain more talent in general. Clear direction helps employees have more impact for better personal and company results.
